Letter Before Action.
This is a formal CPR complaint letter which we sent in the first instance giving the defendant an opportunity to settle all matters for negotiation. We offer this service at a heavily discarded rate.
Applications to Court:
This is what the next steps are if we are unable to reach settlement then we could apply to cart under CPR 7 or 8 dependency on your case.
We offer clarity of our fees however to the variety of different cases it is impossible to offer a fixed fee service however we offer clarity on the offset of what our cheques are.
